LI-12 Wireless solar energy information display.

Rain or shine, the LI-12 shows exactly how many Watts your Solar Power system is generating. The LI-12 also measures how much kWh electrical energy has been delivered in total by your system. This tells you how much you have saved on your energy bill. Furthermore you can read from the display how much CO2 gas emission was avoided due to the energy production of your solar cells.

With the pushbutton you can select what you want to be displayed: Watts, kWh's or kgs CO2 You can also have all three values displayed in a fixed sequence.

The LI-12 consists of a measuring unit and a display. The measuring unit is plugged in at the mains outlet where the solar system is connected. The measuring unit transmits the measured values to the display unit. No wires, simple and safe to install!

The display is battery powered and can be placed anywhere in the house.

Large displays.

The large displays can be produced in virtually any size. There are two standard sizes. The largest standard display measures 50 x 70 cm. The smallest standard display in this shape measures approx. 19 x 28 cm.

50 x 70 cm display for PV systems

Info display for renewable energy systems such as PV systems, heat pumps and SDHW systems. These displays show the delivered power of PV systems in W or kW. The total energy is shown in kWh or MWh. The power is shown only when it exceeds a certain limit. The units on the display (W / kW and kWh / MWh) are determined when the display is ordered. They can not be changed afterwards. The displays must be connected to an electricity meter with a pulse output, that measures the yield of the PV system. The number of pulses per kWh is set on the display so that the correct value can be shown. There is a fixed range of values for the number of pulses generated by the E-meter. If a meter is used that supplies a number of pulses that is not available as a setting, this factor can be set at production time. However, it can not be changed afterwards.

The displays can also show a fixed sequence, simulating the operation of the system during a day. A clock is added, showing the hours of the day. The text on the poster explains what is shown. There is no need to connect an E-meter to this display.

The delivery includes the display, a manual, a measuring unit and all required plugs (Euro style). The displays have a cable of 5 m. The displays are connected to the measuring unit. The E-meter is connected to the measuring unit. The measuring unit must be connected to the mains supply (230 VAC 50 / 60 Hz).

The lay-out of the display is flexible. The displays can be placed at other places and the artwork can be changed. The picture above shows a proprietary design.

See 'Photos' for detailed pictures of several lay-outs.

Small (19x28 cm) display for PV systems

These displays show the delivered power of the PV system in W. The total delivered energy is shown in kWh.The displays are delivered with a measuring unit that measures the yield of the PV system. The measuring unit is suited for systems up to 3.5 kW. For larger systems, an external electricity meter must be used. The number of pulses per kWh of the external meter must be specified when the display is ordered. It can not be changed afterwards.

The delivery includes a display, manual, connection cable and plugs and a measuring unit. The measuring unit is connected to the PV inverter on one side and to the grid on the other side. The display is connected to the measuring unit with a cable. A 15 m. cable is included in the delivery.

There is a wireless version of this display as well.
