To verify your identity, please include a copy of a valid ID with your request. Make sure to black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible.

What happens in cases of fraud or misuse?

In the case of fraud or misuse, Leiderdorp Instruments may provide your data to the police, judiciary, or authorised security personnel.
